I have seen many food bloggers and recipe developers create amazing recipes and earn six figures. You can always start by creating a website and promoting your recipes on social media. There are many ways to earn money as a cook or recipe developer: you can collaborate with brands, create recipe books, sell your products, etc.
The costs involved in starting this gig are minimal, which include the ingredients, setting up the website, cookware, etc.
